These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OmaClaw. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using OmaClaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
OmaClaw is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using OmaClaw, you represent and warrant that:
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- the information you provide is accurate and up to date; and
- your use of OmaClaw complies with applicable law.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent caused by our own fault.
If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account or any security incident involving your account, you must promptly notify us at contact@yakumon.com.
4. OmaClaw service
OmaClaw provides managed OpenClaw-based coding and AI-assisted terminal environments accessible through a web browser. Features, integrations, models, pricing, service characteristics, and availability may change from time to time.
OmaClaw may include AI/agent capabilities and optional integrations with third-party services, tools, repositories, storage, communications systems, and other user-connected resources.
5. Prepaid credits, pricing, and taxes

OmaClaw uses a prepaid credit model. At launch, we may offer fixed packs such as:
- USD 10
- USD 25
- USD 50
- USD 100
5.2 Nature of credits
Credits:
- are not deposits;
- are not legal tender or bank money;
- are non-transferable;
- are not redeemable for cash; and
- do not bear interest.
5.3 Taxes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices for OmaClaw prepaid credits are tax-exclusive.
5.4 Payment processor / merchant of record
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for qualifying transactions.
6. Credit usage and deductions
When you use OmaClaw, credits may be deducted based on your usage, including AI usage and service-related costs as described in the product experience or billing documentation.
We may reserve, capture, release, adjust, or reverse credit entries in order to:
- account for actual usage;
- correct billing errors;
- process refunds;
- address fraud or abuse; and
- respond to chargebacks or payment disputes.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
7.1 Refund policy
Purchased credits may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following are true:
- the refund request is made within 14 days of purchase; and
- the purchased credits associated with that order have remained entirely unused.
Promotional credits are not refundable.
7.2 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, refunds may still be issued when required by law or by Lemon Squeezy, a card network, a payment processor, or an issuer.
7.3 Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, we may suspend or terminate your access to OmaClaw, reverse corresponding credits, and take other reasonable steps to protect the service and recover losses.
8. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to OmaClaw, including your prompts, files, workspace content, account-linked integration data, and user-controlled data.
You grant Yakumon a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, transmit, encrypt, back up, restore, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide OmaClaw in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
9. AI features, agents, and external-service operations
9.1 AI and agent behavior may be unpredictable
OmaClaw may generate or facilitate AI outputs and may enable agent-like behavior. AI outputs and agent actions may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, insecure, unavailable, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.
9.2 Connected services and granted permissions
If you connect third-party services, authorize OAuth scopes, upload credentials, or otherwise make external systems available to OmaClaw, OmaClaw, OpenClaw, and underlying agents may act within the permissions you grant.
Depending on those permissions, operations may include reading, creating, editing, sending, deleting, sharing, publishing, revoking, or otherwise changing data, messages, files, settings, secrets, or resources.
9.3 Your responsibilities for high-risk use
You are solely responsible for:
- deciding whether to connect external services or provide credentials;
- ensuring you are authorized to use any connected account, token, key, repository, mailbox, or resource;
- granting only the minimum permissions necessary for your intended use;
- maintaining backups of important data before allowing high-risk operations;
- reviewing and testing outputs and proposed actions before relying on them;
- validating code before deployment; and
- promptly revoking access that is no longer needed.
9.4 Safeguards are aids, not guarantees
Any safeguards we may offer, such as read-only modes, confirmation flows, approval gates, access controls, warnings, or emergency stop features, are risk-reduction measures only. They do not guarantee that harmful, destructive, or unintended actions will be prevented.
9.5 No professional advice
OmaClaw is not legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use OmaClaw to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft tools, or other malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to OmaClaw, its infrastructure, other users’ environments, storage objects, or external systems;
- connect or use credentials, tokens, repositories, mailboxes, or other resources that you are not authorized to use;
- abuse pre-signed URLs, routing controls, approval flows, or billing systems; or
- overload, scrape, benchmark without permission, or otherwise harm the service.
11. Third-party services
OmaClaw relies on third-party services and infrastructure, including payment processors, cloud providers, storage providers, communications providers, and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to OmaClaw if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your payment fails or is disputed;
- your use creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk; or
- we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
13. Data deletion and retention
If you request account deletion, we intend to remove your user content and encrypted snapshots from active systems without undue delay after deletion is processed, subject to legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and backup-related exceptions.
OmaClaw is designed not to retain separate raw prompt/response logs after processing completes. However, user content may still remain inside user-controlled files, connected-service state, or encrypted restore snapshots where necessary to provide restoration features until such artifacts are deleted or replaced.
14. Disclaimers
OmaClaw is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yakumon disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, successful prevention of harmful actions, or complete detection or masking of secrets or sensitive information.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for liability arising from Yakumon’s willful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, Yakumon’s aggregate liability for damages arising out of or relating to OmaClaw and these Terms due to ordinary negligence will not exceed the total amount you paid to OmaClaw during the 1 month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with OmaClaw or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, except to the extent otherwise required by mandatory law.
17. Changes to the service or Terms
We may modify OmaClaw or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
